Pitta Bread (v)

puréed chickpeas with tahini, garlic and lemon juice

Kisir (v)
Turkish style bulgur wheat salad. Contains nuts.

Cacik (v)
yoghurt with chopped cucumber and garlic

Falafel (v)
chickpea rissoles seasoned with cumin

Sucuk
Turkish style spicy beef slices in a tomato sauce

Main Course


Roast Turkey
served with Brussels sprouts, baby carrots and courgettes, mashed potato, chipolata and gravy

Kuzu Incik
slow cooked lamb shank served with mashed potato, mixed vegetables and gravy (may contain bone shard)

Pan-Roasted Citrus Salmon
with pea purée, white cabbage, asparagus and new potatoes with red pepper sauce

Lasagne
classic Italian dish with layers of pasta and seasoned minced beef with béchamel cheese sauce

Imam Bayildi (v)
aubergine stuffed with caramelised onions, tomatoes and herbs served with a garden salad and pilaf
