To enable a safe and enjoyable dining experience at Sarastro Restaurant, we kindly ask you to follow our health and safety policy which are in accordance with government guidelines. Please read more on the steps we have taken to keep you and our teams safe below:
We have reviewed the layout of our restaurant to ensure sufficient space between tables and to allow for social distancing and are currently only taking reservations for tables of 6 or less.
Hand sanitiser stations have been installed throughout our restaurant to help keep frequently touched area as clean as possible. This is for the use of our guests and our team members.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitising of all surfaces, including tables, chairs and small equipment, all table clothes will be single use only.
We have reviewed all disinfectants used throughout our restaurant and can confirm that they are effective against virus, including coronaviruses.
All of our team members have been trained in the correct hand washing method.
We ask that you observe social distancing guidelines when in our restaurant, particularly when entering and leaving, in corridors and when visiting the restroom.
We have reviewed our menu offering and service standard. This enables us to operate with fewer members of staff and to allow for social distancing.
All employees are subject to daily wellness which includes a temperature check. Anyone displaying symptoms or pre-symptoms of COVID-19 will be excluded from the workplace.
We respectfully ask that you do not visit the restaurant if you are suffering from symptoms of COVID-19.
We provide face visors to all our team members for their safety as well as yours.
A COVID-19 risk assessment has been completed, in line with the government guidance, and will be reviewed regularly.
Inline with to government guidelines our restaurant will close at 10.00pm.
